Instructions
1. Add a drizzle of oil into a preheated pan and cook the onions with the minced beef.
2. Then add salt, curry powder, and coriander powder.
3. Transfer the cooked beef into a bowl and add in the whisked eggs, greens, and remaining seasonings.
4. Mix well and set aside.
5. Par-cook the prata before filling each one with spoonfuls of the beef mixture.
6. Fold the prata in half and cover the pan to fully cook the fillings.
