


Instructions
- Blend the chillies, shallots and garlic.
- In a hot pan, add in oil and sauté the blended ingredients .
- Don’t be shy with the oil. We need a good amount of oil to fully cook the chilli paste until the ‘raw’ taste is gone.
- Add in the salt, sugar and seasonings.
- The result of the sambal should be a jammy consistency.
- Enjoy the sambal with just about anything. It is so versatile!
