

Instructions
1. Pound or blend the chillies, shallots, garlic and coriander roots.
2. In a hot pan, add the oils and sauté the blended ingredients.
3. Add about ¼ cup water and then the oyster sauce, kecap manis, and lime leaves.
4. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
5. Crack in your eggs and leave them to cook to your preferred doneness, then add more lime leaves as a garnish.
