

Instructions
1. Thinly slice the tempe to replicate the thinness of chips!
2. Pound or blend the components of the dry mixture.
3. Then, coat the tempe slices as evenly as possible with this pounded mixture.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the components of the wet mixture. Pour this wet mixture over the coated tempe slices. Remember to coat them well!
5. Fry the tempe slices in hot oil of 180 degrees until golden and crispy.
